Traveling is about having a right mindset. Many Indians travel, but the manner in which they do it leaves a bad impression as regards the country.
Not having enough money is one thing and being miserly and calculative about everything thing is another.
As you have pointed out one can save money to travel, but one cannot travel and hope money gets saved somehow.
