Yesterday, I remember looking at the highway on-ramp to I-91 North. My brain corrected this to I-91 pohjoiseen (“north” in Finnish). Then I saw the I-91 south sign, but this time, my brain corrected it to I-91 sud (“south” in French).

This is a very interesting read Chris.
Even though I have traveled extensively across Finland, my knowledge of Finnish is restricted to a few words.
When it comes to France, my travels have yielded far better results. I have a decent vocab in French.
