From the Fourth and Final Quarter

It is time to look back at some of the most appreciated posts in the last three months of 2023

The fourth and final quarter of the year is all but over, and I have made quite a few submissions in this period. On the last count, I have more than 60 published posts between October and the final week of December. It has been a strong finish to the year, with more than 140 posts in the second half of the year.

In comparison, in the first six months of the year I had managed a total of 57 submissions. In fact, 17 of those came in June alone. The momentum was maintained, and August and September were the most productive months for me in the last two years — the period during which I rediscovered the joy of writing and got back some lost rhythm.

Writing is a detox. Penning down my thoughts following a day’s hard work is a great means to de-stress and rejuvenate the mind. Besides, I am also doing my best to ensure writing makes a smooth transition from being a passion to becoming a full time profession. I know, it is tough. But there is no harm in trying. Am I right or am I right?
